Established in 2006 by Wendy, our bakery was born from the realization of a growing need for an exclusive gluten-free option. We started on Worcester Street and expanded to include multiple locations, all designed to provide our customers with a wide variety of treats. In 2010, Lori joined the team, and together we faced challenges, including the 2011 earthquake, which tested our resilience but strengthened our commitment to our community.
