At Hogarth Chocolate Makers, we craft exquisite chocolate from the finest SLAVE FREE cacao beans sourced globally. In our small factory, we meticulously hand-process each batch using traditional techniques to preserve the rich, natural flavors of the cacao. From sorting and roasting to grinding and molding, every step is done with care and attention to detail. We believe in minimal ingredients, allowing the true essence of cacao to shine through in every bite. Collaborating with Ana Aceves of Sugarcube Studios, we’ve created unique chocolate bars that tell the story of Karl’s transformation from sailor to chocolate maker, reflecting the journey of cacao to our shores.
