Founded by Sam Ellis, who’s dedicated years to perfecting the art of baked goods, our journey began with hand-rolled bagels at the Christchurch Farmers’ Market in 2013. Now, our talented team of eight bakers, including Sam’s wife Sara, creates a delightful array of offerings, specializing in real sourdough bread, pastries, donuts, and, of course, bagels. Each week, we deliver dozens of our artisanal baked goods to local cafés, restaurants, and homes.
